Your Mintlify Starter Kit profile is how teammates recognize you across projects, comments, and notifications. Keeping it up to date helps collaboration run smoothly. You can change your display name, avatar, email address, and password from the Profile settings page.

Update your profile settings

Open Profile settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Change your display name

In the Name field, enter the name you want teammates to see. Click Save changes.

Upload a new avatar

Click your current avatar image, then select a file from your computer. We support JPG and PNG up to 2 MB. Crop if needed, then click Upload.

Update your email

In the Email field, enter your new address. We will send a confirmation link to that address. You must confirm it before the change takes effect.

Change your password

In the Password section, enter your current password, then your new password twice. Click Update password. For security, you will be logged out of other sessions.
Use a clear, professional avatar so teammates can identify you quickly in mentions and activity feeds.
If you change your email, you must confirm the new address within 24 hours or the change will be cancelled.
